The house was built by my grandfather with his own hands for my grandmother in 1938. Its wooden interior was warmed by many guests over the years, with most of the time spent lounging on the grape laden patio over the creek. Fruit trees and gardens adorn the property, as well as specialty items like down comforters, fresh coffee, and other touches to welcome the Yosemite traveler. Robb Hirsch original fine photography of the area graces the contemporary nature based-interior, making the home a quaint spot for a family and friends to take in a getaway in the Yosemite gateway. High speed wireless makes getting work done on the patio a snap. Full kitchen amenities are ready for a gathering of six with lots of storage to put it all away for your stay. Yosemite maps and tips of our favorite off the beaten path places are at your fingertips. The cottage has 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room and a laundry.
