This renovated historic cottage, that sleeps 6, has a large outdoor dining deck on Groveland Creek, a stroll away from downtown. You are literally a walking distance away from everything Groveland has to offer. Within a few blocks you can find restaurants, bars, a coffee shop, gallery, library, store, post office, meat market, playground and all this is only 25 miles from Yosemite. Next door to the house is Mountain Sage Cafe, Gallery and Gardens where you can enjoy an outdoor concert/workshop and meet locals. If you are a history buff, you are in the right home. 

The house was built by my grandfather with his own hands for my grandmother in 1938. Its wooden interior was warmed by many guests over the years, with most of the time spent lounging on the grape laden patio over the creek. Fruit trees and gardens adorn the property, as well as specialty items like down comforters, fresh coffee, and other touches to welcome the Yosemite traveler.
