The Eproson House has been the staple of mountain dining in the Sierra since 1930 and features steaks, seafood, fresh pasta dishes, and salads. For a quick, casual treat, The Haps Boba Tea & Bites serves up a large selection of colorful boba/bubble tea and other specialty drinks, plus bubble waffles, Japanese crepes, and much more.
There's no play like snow play, and Twain Harte is right next to a pair of excellent spots for that in the winter. Leland High Sierra Snow Play is a full-service, lift-assisted snow park with a ton of tubing space; 15 acres to be exact. The groomed hills make for epic tube runs.
Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort is a favorite local spot and the closest ski resort to the San Francisco Bay Area.
