The abandoned ghost town in Chinese Camp was once a bustling town, and once home to 5,000 Chinese miners in addition to as many Americans and Europeans. You may recognize it from being featured on the silver screen. It has now been mostly reclaimed by nature with overgrown greenery and eerie rundown buildings. Take a stroll and take a few photos, but please admire these relics from the street for your safety.
